'NO COMMENT': Giles Reacts to Donor Mitzi Perdue's Demolition of Her False Board Room Narrative
Despite her offering to do a sit-down interview with Sage Ops, our contacting the PV media request line, sending multiple texts to PV personnel (who did acknowledge receipt), and waiting six days to publish our street interview with Ms. Giles, we were unable to schedule that sit-down interview and received zero correspondence from Ms. Giles in return. Therefore, we reached out to Hannah on Monday, September 11th, to get her take on multimillionaire philanthropist, author, and war correspondent Mitzi Perdue's complete repudiation of Ms. Giles' secretly recorded, false board room narrative that Ms. Perdue was the leader of a donor-fueled class action lawsuit against Project Veritas for ousting former CEO James O'Keefe from the non-profit.Ms. Giles first informed us that she was "disappointed" we posted our street interview with her before scheduling the sit-down interview (she offered to do and then refused to set up) and that if we wanted to do an interview with her "you've got to send me your questions" first. Oh really?Instead, we just presented Ms. Giles with the statements Ms. Perdue had given Sage Ops when we asked her to comment on Giles' then soon-to-be-exposed private comments: "I was never part of a class action lawsuit against the Veritas board of directors, and I never talked with any of the people bringing the lawsuit... I told Hannah that I would not be joining the class action, but I wasn’t on her side either... I wasn't in her camp."When asked to respond to Ms. Perdue's demolition of her private comments as false, Ms. Giles went silent, took a long pause said, 'No comment" and hung up.
HANNAH GILES, PROJECT VERITAS CEO
Hello?
TD, SAGE OPS
Hey, Hannah. How you doing?
HANNAH GILES, PROJECT VERITAS CEO
Hey, who's this?
TD, SAGE OPS It's Leon, TD calling about our sit-down interview.
HANNAH GILES, PROJECT VERITAS CEO
How are you? TD, SAGE OPS I'm all right. We never quite scheduled that.
HANNAH GILES, PROJECT VERITAS CEOI was a little disappointed that you went ahead and published everything before, you didn't at least, like, [send] some questions or something for me.TD, SAGE OPS Oh, sorry about that. There were no conditions.- Quick dialogue about forensic audit report follows, digging now -HANNAH GILES, PROJECT VERITAS CEOListen, if you want me to actually do an interview with you, you've gotta send me your questions.
TD, SAGE OPS Okay. I do have a question for you now, though, and that is…
HANNAH GILES, PROJECT VERITAS CEOMy email is _______@__________.com.
TD, SAGE OPS Thank you. Real quick and I'll send you an email as a follow-up.My question is, in the June 22nd meeting, you had made comments about Mitzi Perdue leading a class action lawsuit against Project Veritas, and you had said that she had spoken to several donors and that you were able to stop the class action lawsuit and actually get Mitzi to change the narrative on James behavior and on Project Veritas. Do you stand by those comments?HANNAH GILES, PROJECT VERITAS CEOWho is leaking–
TD, SAGE OPS No, No. Do you stand by those comments?
HANNAH GILES, PROJECT VERITAS CEOI would have to listen to it. I would have to hear it. I'd have to read it. TD, SAGE OPS I'm going to post it. I can read your comments to you. But basically, what you said is Mitzi Perdue was getting ready to file a class action lawsuit against Project Veritas. That she had spoken to several donors and that they were upset that Project Veritas had sued James in federal court. That you had stopped the class action lawsuit due to your conversations with Mitzi and got Mitzi to change the narrative on James's behavior and on Project Veritas. And at the end, you included that Mitzi was interested in doing child sex trafficking stories.
I asked Mitzi for comment. She told me she did not tell you she was leading the class action lawsuit. She did not speak to anyone because she didn't know who was in the lawsuit and did not agree to change the narrative on James and Project Veritas. She's contradicted your statements pretty directly. Do you have a comment on that? [Long pause]Hannah?
